Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Staffing) is seeking a recruitment professional to support end-to-end recruitment activities with regional exposure. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while maintaining accurate records through the ATS in a hybrid office setting.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in recruitment or HR administration, with a basic ability to engage Thai-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition support, HR administration, or similar roles.
• Basic ability to communicate or read Thai to engage with Thai-speaking candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive candidate information with professionalism.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job advertising, pipeline tracking, reporting and coordination with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.
• Screen candidates and assess to identify suitable vacancies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and talent pools.
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling and logistics via ATS and Microsoft Teams.
• Track feedback and maintain accurate candidate records for reporting.
• Manage candidate applications and records through the ATS.

Job Scope

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertising, pipeline tracking, recruitment reporting and coordination with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers
• Perform initial candidate screening and assessments to identify suitable candidates for vacancies
• Candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals and talent pools
• Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, invitations and interview logistics via ATS and Microsoft Teams
• Track outstanding feedback, maintain accurate candidate records, and support reporting activities through effective data management
• Manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

The Talent

• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition support, HR administration, or a similar role
• Basic ability to communicate or read Thai to engage with Thai-speaking candidates and stakeholders as part of the recruitment process
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive candidate information with professionalism and discretion
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, and other talent acquisition tools
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
