Job summary

Hytech is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist in Singapore to identify, attract, and secure high-quality talent across key business functions.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers and HR, and build strong pipelines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to collaborate with bilingual teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in financial services, fintech, technology, trading, or similar fast-paced industries.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment with exposure to specialist roles.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities to engage passive candidates.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and talent market intelligence.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence hiring managers at different levels.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required for bilingual collaboration.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Working closely with business leaders and HR partners, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing high-quality talent across key business functions.

This is a hands-on recruitment role requiring strong stakeholder management, market knowledge, sourcing capability, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business and hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Leverage market insights and talent intelligence to build strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and provide professional advice on talent availability, market conditions, and hiring strategies.
• Partner with HR and other internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.
• Maintain strong recruitment data discipline and use analytics to track hiring progress, identify bottlenecks, and improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within financial services, fintech, technology, trading, or other fast-paced industries.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, with exposure to technology, risk, commercial, or other specialist roles.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Good understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing platforms, ATS systems, and talent market intelligence.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to partner with and influence hiring managers at different levels.
• Results-driven, proactive, and able to independently manage multiple hiring priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese is required, as the role involves regular communication and stakeholder management with both English- and Chinese-speaking teams.
