Trillion Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help identify, attract, and bring in the next generation of top achievers and leaders. This role is part recruiter, part marketer, part influencer.

You’ll build a high-performance team by sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, events; screen, interview, and manage pipelines; and work with leadership to align hiring with growth targets.
