Job summary

ByteDance in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for our Corporate Functions team on a 12-month contract. You will manage sourcing for key roles across Finance, Corporate Services, Internal Audit and Ethics, partnering with TA Partners and hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates.

You will own the interview scheduling, coordinate logistics, and ensure a world-class interview experience while promoting ByteDance as a great place to work for all candidates in the APAC

About The Team This talent acquisition team at ByteDance manages a streamlined recruitment process for our global Finance, Corporate Services, Internal Audit and Ethics teams with a focus on the APAC region. The team continually works with hiring managers and HR to achieve efficient and effective hiring processes, and to provide a positive candidate experience for our potential new colleagues!

In this role, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our Corporate Functions team. This is a 12-month contract. As a sourcer, you will collaborate with various members of the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organization. You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality candidates through sourcing and creating a world-class interview experience for each candidate.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualification

• 1 year of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment) preferred.
