Job summary

TikTok is seeking an APAC Talent Acquisition Sourcer on a third-party contractor basis. This 12-month assignment, managed by a third-party agency, involves sourcing for complex searches, screening candidates, and driving innovative recruiting strategies while collaborating with TA partners and hiring managers.

You will help create a compelling candidate experience and promote TikTok as a great place to work.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification—ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders and candidates, and communicate at all levels.
• Preferred qualification—5 years of recruitment experience in search firm, agency or in-house.
