Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist in Singapore to partner with the Data Team and Talent Acquisition to identify, engage, and hire top technical talent across regions. Responsibilities

• Manage pipelines via sourcing, screening and referrals for complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
• Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure business needs are met throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and optimise current processes to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date market intelligence to support business growth.
• Curating insightful talent mapping projects to share with business leaders.
• Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications.
• Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and provide feedback.
• Advocate ByteDance as a great place to work for all candidates.

As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will connect with the business to learn how ByteDance and its affiliates grow into one of the most popular applications in the world. You may also collaborate with regional and global human resources professionals to implement various projects to reach the recruiting goals. • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency.
• Conduct complex data analysis and share up‑to‑date, accurate, and value‑adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
• Curating insightful talent mapping projects to share with business leaders.
• Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications.
• Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and provide feedback.
• Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocating ByteDance as a great place to work for all candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) to identify and engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with capability to analyse high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in‑house recruiting environment)
• Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams and external partners across different offices.
• Ability to contribute in a fast‑paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
• Experience recruiting for Cloud, AI or in any other technology‑related field.
