Job summary

LIGHTVERSE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive (Recruitment) to assist the recruitment and sales team in managing candidates through the hiring process.

You will source candidates, screen, prepare profiles and coordinate follow-ups. The role requires organisation, multitasking, good communication, and familiarity with MS Office; marketing content creation and posting ads are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Prior admin, recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales-driven and self-motivated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and content creation tools.
• Experience in the recruitment or employment agency industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through job portals, database, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and assess candidates' suitability for job opportunities.
• Prepare candidate profiles and submit to sales team.
• Ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate database.
• Support recruitment campaigns and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Assist with marketing and social media activities, including creating posters, videos and other digital content.
• Assist in posting and managing job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
• Work closely with the team to ensure candidates are matched with suitable job opportunities.
• Perform other recruitment and administrative duties as assigned.
