Lightverse PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage recruitment assignments from job briefing through successful placement.

This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and incentives, and exposure to local and overseas recruitment projects. You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, staffing or employment agency work preferred.
• Able to manage the full recruitment cycle independently.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and candidates.
• Strong follow-up, ownership and closing mindset.
• Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies.
• Experience in foreign manpower, technical, manufacturing, service or volume recruitment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned job orders from sourcing to placement.
• Source and screen suitable candidates.
• Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and actively follow up with clients.
• Manage offers, candidate expectations and onboarding.
• Maintain client and candidate records in CRM.
• Build relationships with existing clients and identify new hiring opportunities.
• Actively sourcing and bringing new clients on-board.
