Job summary

Lightverse in Singapore is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage assignments from briefing through placement. You will handle sourcing, screening, candidate profiling and client coordination, delivering successful hires with a proactive, sales-oriented approach.

You will build relationships with local and overseas clients, manage offers and onboarding, and maintain accurate CRM records while pursuing new recruitment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, staffing or employment agency work preferred.
• Able to manage the full recruitment cycle independently.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and candidates.
• Strong follow-up, ownership and closing mindset.
• Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies.
• Experience in foreign manpower, technical, manufacturing, service or volume recruitment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned job orders from sourcing to placement.
• Source and screen suitable candidates.
• Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and actively follow up with clients.
• Manage offers, candidate expectations and onboarding.
• Maintain client and candidate records in CRM.
• Build relationships with existing clients and identify new hiring opportunities.
• Actively sourcing and bringing new clients on-board
