You’ll collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and opportunities, ensuring hiring requirements are met and markets are actively explored across the Singapore region.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong candidate networks across markets you work on
• Manage recruitment assignments from search and candidate engagement through to placement
• Work closely with clients and colleagues to understand hiring requirements and deliver against them
• Develop existing client relationships, with opportunities to open new conversations where relevant
• Stay close to market activity and use that knowledge to spot candidate and hiring opportunities
• Take responsibility for your pipeline and commercial performance
• Collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge, market insights and opportunities
