Job summary

You will build a diverse candidate pipeline and participate in events to strengthen partnerships with vendors and campuses. You will stay informed on market trends and advise management on hiring plans to improve quality of hires and time-to-fill in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree from a recognized institution with 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience.
• Having basic CEI certification would be advantageous.
• Motivated entry-level candidates or those with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle of recruitment for contract staffing and permanent placements.
• Assess hiring requirements and match the job within the given timeline.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with management to establish hiring plans and deliver creative solutions.
• Participate in career fairs and maintain rapport with partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and gather market intelligence to remain competitive.
