Job summary

Singtel is seeking a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Manager to shape how we attract and hire talent for the future. You will own end-to-end recruitment for assigned portfolios, advise stakeholders, and drive AI, automation and data-driven approaches to improve speed and quality.

You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR to translate business strategy into practical talent narratives, build talent pipelines, and deliver proactive sourcing to meet evolving capabilities and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6–10 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing capability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence hiring managers.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing technologies, recruitment analytics and AI-enabled tools.
• Good understanding of fair and responsible hiring practices.
• Experience in talent mapping, workforce planning and TA transformation work.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Acquisition & Business Partnership: align hiring with business strategy and market conditions; translate needs into recruitment strategies.
• End-to-End Recruitment Excellence: manage lifecycle from intake to onboarding; develop sourcing for specialist and high-volume roles.
• AI, Automation & Digital Recruitment: champion AI adoption to improve speed and recruiter productivity; oversee responsible use of AI in hiring.
• Talent Intelligence & Proactive Sourcing: build pipelines, map talent, monitor market conditions, advise leadership with insights.
