Job summary

AirTrunk is Asia Pacific & Middle East's leading hyperscale data centre company seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment for Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia. You will guide end-to-end hiring, partner with senior leaders, and shape workforce strategies to enable growth.

You will build a high-performing team, drive employer branding, and implement scalable, data-driven hiring across markets with strong governance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• In-house or RPO TA leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to coach and develop recruiters and manage performance.
• Experience scaling TA teams and building high-performing recruitment functions.
• Strong strategic stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience aligning hiring strategies with business objectives.
• Data-driven decision making using market insights and analytics.
• Knowledge of local talent markets in Singapore, HK, Malaysia.
• Experience with TA operations, governance and vendor management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with recruitment tech like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the TA team of two specialists.
• Lead multi-country TA strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders and People & Culture to shape hiring plans.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations with high-quality delivery.
• Use market insights and talent data to influence hiring decisions.
• Build strong stakeholder partnerships and advisory capability.
• Develop diverse pipelines for critical roles.
• Drive improvements in recruitment governance and candidate experience.
