Job summary

Singtel is offering a Talent Acquisition Intern role in Singapore. You will support recruitment strategies, engage candidates, and enhance employer branding while collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to streamline hiring and strengthen the talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Keen interest in Talent Acquisition, HR operations and talent management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and campus outreach channels.
• Screen resumes and support shortlisting by matching candidate profiles against job requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, recruitment events and campus engagement activities.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with system enhancement initiatives by supporting updates, user testing, documentation and process improvements within Talent Acquisition systems.
• Support Talent Acquisition onboarding activities for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and orientation.
• Prepare hiring metrics data for recruitment reports and dashboards.
