Job summary

Thales is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern in Singapore to support the Talent Acquisition team across internships, entry-level, and experienced hires. You will assist with job postings, CV screening, and candidate communications, while coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma/Degree in HR or related field, proficient in Microsoft Office, and comfortable handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proactive with a passion for HR/Talent Acquisition/Employer Branding.
• Able to commit ideally for a 6-month period full-time, or at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process across internships, entry-level, and experienced hires, including job posting and CV screening.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and manage communications with candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain candidate information in the ATS.
• Coordinate with the remote onboarding team for a smooth onboarding experience.
• Participate in employer branding and early careers initiatives, including events.
• Conceptualise engagement events for existing interns and design post-internship engagement strategies.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team in attracting, engaging and hiring top talent. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end recruitment activities and is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment process across various roles, including internships, entry-level and experienced hires, including job posting, CV screening, sending of technical tests (if any)
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates and interviewers
• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Follow up and liaise with the remote Onboarding team to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience for new hires
• Support and participate in employer branding and early careers initiatives, including recruitment events and campus activities
• Conceptualise engagement/networking events for existing interns, and design post‑internship engagement strategies
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business or any related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and time‑management abilities
• Proactive, strong learning ability, and has a passion towards Human Resources/Talent Acquisition/Employer Branding
• Able to commit ideally for a 6‑month period on full‑time basis, or at least part‑time with a minimum of 3 days per week
