Job summary

Shopee is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for commercial functions across Singapore and regional teams, covering roles such as Business Analysts, Business Intelligence, Business Development, Marketing, Strategy, and Product Managers.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and campus outreach, screen for fit, coordinate interviews, and implement initiatives that

• Bachelor's degree with relevant recruitment work experience or internships.
