Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an early-career analytics professional to design and enhance procurement dashboards, automate data workflows, and digitize sourcing processes.

The role focuses on leveraging Power BI, Python, SQL, and AI-assisted patterns to provide executive-ready insights and scalable, data-driven solutions across global procurement teams. You will collaborate with sourcing managers, ensure governance and data integrity, and contribute to digitization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in relevant fields.
• Exposure to agentic AI patterns.
• Experience with LLM-assisted coding to build automation prototypes.
• Familiarity with procurement and ERP data structures; SAP & Ariba preferred.
• Internship or work experience in data analytics, digital transformation, procurement, or supply chain.
• Strong communication skills to explain insights to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance Power BI dashboards to provide visibility into spend, supplier performance, cost-down tracking (IL1–IL5), should-cost analysis, market trends, and supply risk indicators.
• Design AI-assisted sourcing workflows using agentic AI concepts to support early risk detection, exception-based actions, and semi-autonomous sourcing and ordering recommendations.
• Develop automation prototypes using Python, SQL, APIs, and Power BI DAX to reduce manual data processing and reporting.
• Digitize RFQs, negotiations, contract tracking, supplier risk alerts, on-time delivery monitoring, demand-commit management, and savings realization.
• Ensure data governance, access control, and reporting standards while maintaining data integrity and audit readiness.

Job Responsibilities

Procurement dashboards & analytics: Design and enhance Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into spend, supplier performance, cost-down tracking (IL1–IL5), should-cost analysis, market trends, and supply risk indicators. Translate complex sourcing data into executive-ready insights that enable faster, better-informed decisions.

AI-assisted and agentic workflows: Design AI-assisted sourcing workflows using agentic AI concepts such as planning, execution, self-correction, and human-in-the-loop escalation to support early risk detection, exception-based actions, and semi-autonomous sourcing and ordering recommendations.

Automation and prototype development: Develop automation prototypes using LLM-assisted coding tools, Python, SQL, APIs, and Power BI DAX to reduce manual data processing and reporting. Automate market intelligence, supplier data consolidation, and repeatable workflows that scale across the Global Capex & Materials organization.

Digitize sourcing workflows: Partner with sourcing managers to digitize RFQs, negotiations, contract tracking, supplier risk alerts, on-time delivery monitoring, demand-commit management, and savings realization. Convert day-to-day pain points into standardized, data-driven, scalable solutions.

Governance and deployment discipline: Ensure solutions adhere to data governance, access control, and reporting standards while maintaining data integrity and audit readiness. Deliverables are documented, reusable, and designed for sustainable deployment across teams and regions.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree (or recent graduate) in Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Exposure to agentic AI patterns (tool-ing ...

• Familiarity with procurement and ERP data structures, SAP & Ariba preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior completion of an internship or work experience in data analytics, digital transformation, procurement, or supply chain is strongly preferred, with exposure to dashboards, automation, or process digitization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly to business stakeholders.
