Job summary

Temasek is offering a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern position in the Organisation & People group for Jan to Jun/Jul 2027. The role provides hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, candidate engagement, and employer branding initiatives within a global corporate setting.

You will support recruiters across the lifecycle, gain experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and contribute to process improvements, data integrity, and change management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree with interest in HR/TA.
• Available to commit a minimum of 6 months.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professionalism, discretion and handling confidential information.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviewing coordination and assessment, offer administration.
• Manage candidate communications to ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure data integrity within ATS.
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide support to recruiters.
• Assist in maintaining recruitment documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of user guides for new initiatives to support change management, increase adoption and knowledge sharing.
• Gain practical experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and other recruitment platforms to optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties when required.
