Job summary

You will support recruiters, manage communications, and help maintain documentation and processes, gaining practical experience with ATS, sourcing platforms, and AI-driven recruitment tools.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree with keen interest in HR/Talent Acquisition.
• Available to commit a minimum of 6 months for the internship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Team player, self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviewing coordination and offer administration.
• Manage candidate communications to ensure a professional experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and data integrity within ATS.
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide support to recruiters.
• Assist in recruitment documentation, templates, and SOPs.
• Prepare user guides for new initiatives to support change management and adoption.
