You will lead end-to-end recruitment, oversee programme governance, and collaborate with global offices.

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead Temasek’s global campus recruitment efforts, while also driving selected experienced hire mandates across the business. In this role, you will shape how Temasek attracts, assesses and engages talent across key markets, with a primary focus on building our future talent pipeline through internship and graduate hiring.

Beyond recruitment delivery, you will shape programme design, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to broader Talent Acquisition priorities. Responsibilities

Shape Global Campus Recruitment Strategy

• Lead the design, execution and continuous enhancement of Temasek's global campus recruitment strategy.
• Partner universities, business leaders, HR Business Partners and campus champions to anticipate talent needs and develop targeted attraction strategies.
• Provide market insights and recommendations on emerging talent trends and campus recruitment best practices.
• Develop initiatives to strengthen Temasek’s long-term talent pipeline and visibility among student communities.

Deliver Global Internship & Graduate Programmes

• Oversee Temasek’s internship and graduate recruitment programmes across global offices.
• Design and deliver meaningful programme experiences that support participant development, engagement and learning.
• Ensure programme objectives align with Temasek's broader talent and workforce planning priorities.
• Drive governance, stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement across the programme lifecycle.

Build Strategic Partnerships & Employer Brand

• Build and strengthen relationships with universities, student organisations and other strategic partners globally.
• Represent Temasek at university engagements, networking events, and other external forums.
• Design and deliver talent engagement initiatives such as career talks, workshops, networking sessions and case competitions.
• Partner internal stakeholders to showcase Temasek's purpose, culture and career opportunities through compelling employer branding initiatives.

Drive Recruitment Delivery & Stakeholder Partnership

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for campus hiring and selected experienced hire mandates, including sourcing strategy, assessment, selection, offer management and onboarding.
• Use talent insights, market intelligence and recruitment analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and broaden access to diverse talent pools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Temasek's global offices, including occasional international travel where required for key campus events.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with proven ability to design and deliver campus recruitment mandates in similar fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Experience in driving experienced hire mandates would be advantageous, but not essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior business leaders and external partners.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with confidence representing Temasek at university engagements, networking events and external forums.
• Strong programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into practical recruitment strategies.
• Adaptable, resourceful and collaborative, with a continuous improvement mindset.
