Job summary

Skyworks is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support workforce planning and attract top talent for the organization. This role sits in the Talent Acquisition COE and reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition APAC.

You will develop innovative sourcing strategies, manage job postings and employer branding, and guide hiring managers with market insights to improve quality of hire across APAC. Strong communication and ATS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR or equivalent; advanced degree preferred; PHR/SPHR preferred.
• 5–7 years of recruiting experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees.
• Experience using ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes innovative search techniques to generate a qualified and diverse pool of candidates.
• Provides consultation on optimum approaches to strengthen candidate pool.
• Implements creative and targeted search/marketing strategies including managing online job postings.
• Leverages social media to build a strong employer brand.
• Manages candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Manages candidate experience through all stages of recruitment process.
• Follows up with Hiring Manager and Regional HR Consultants on updates.
• Reports on recruiting trends and makes recommendations based on data.
• Advises on labor market analytics and compensation packages.
• Ensures compliance with laws relating to online sourcing, staffing, and hiring practices.

Description

The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for leveraging understanding of the assigned businesses’ workforce planning needs to support talent acquisition strategies in an effort to attract and hire best-in-class talent for the organization. This position sits in the Talent Acquisition COE and reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition APAC.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes innovative search techniques to generate a qualified and diverse pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions, as well as creating a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Provides consultation on optimum approaches to strengthen candidate pool
• Implements creative and targeted search/marketing strategies including managing online job postings
• Leverages social media to build a strong employer brand
• Manages candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System
• Manages candidate experience through all stages of recruitment process: attraction through selection process
• Follows up with Hiring Manager and Regional HR Consultants as needed and in a timely manner to provide updates
• Reports on effective recruiting trends and makes recommendations based on data
• Advises Hiring managers and Regional HR Consultants on labor market analytics, trends, and competitive compensation packages
• Ensures company complies with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, staffing, and hiring practices

Required Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or HR, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred; PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years recruiting experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to effectively interface with all level of employees
• Prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Exceptional results orientation with a high degree of personal initiative and very hands on, flexible and customer centric attitude
