Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market data to generate actionable market insights for recruitment strategies.
• Design and implement talent search strategies based on hiring requests and talent personas.

• Engage early-stage top talent to build a pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability for roles.
• Create and post job advertisements on relevant job portals to maximize candidate reach.
