Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced T24 QA Lead – Functional to drive testing across banking transformation programs. The role requires deep Temenos T24 expertise and a proven track record of leading QA teams.

You will define test strategy, plans and cases, collaborate with BAs, Developers and PMs, mentor team members, and oversee SIT, UAT and regression testing, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software testing within banking or financial services.
• Strong functional knowledge of Temenos T24 modules ETD, DX, FX, SC, CA and GC.
• Experience leading QA teams and managing testing for large banking transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA and testing activities for Temenos T24 modules across programs.
• Define and implement test strategy, plans, scenarios and cases based on business processes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure coverage.
• Mentor QA team members and maintain testing standards and timelines.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression and Integration testing across workstreams.
• Track defects and ensure timely resolution using defect management tools.
• Ensure end-to-end functional validation of banking products and core processes.
• Prepare test reports and dashboards for governance meetings.
• Support test environment and data preparation in coordination with tech teams.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements.

Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedT24 QA Lead – Functionalwith strong expertise inTemenos T24 modules including ETD, DX, FX, SC, CA, and GCto lead testing activities across banking transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strongfunctional knowledge of core banking operations, experience managing QA teams, and hands-on expertise intest strategy, planning, and executionwithin large banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadend-to-end QA and testing activitiesfor TemenosT24 modules (ETD, DX, FX, SC, CA, GC)ensuring quality delivery across projects.
• Define and implementtest strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test casesbased on functional requirements and business processes.
• Work closely withBusiness Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers, and Project Managersto ensure accurate requirement understanding and coverage.
• Manage and mentorQA team members, ensuring adherence to testing standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate and overseeSIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Integration Testingacross multiple workstreams.
• Identify, track, and managedefects and issuesthrough defect management tools and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensureend-to-end functional validationof banking products including payments, treasury, lending, and core banking processes within T24.
• Preparetest reports, defect metrics, and quality dashboardsfor stakeholders and project governance meetings.
• Supporttest environment management and test data preparationin coordination with technical teams.
• Ensure adherence tobanking regulatory, compliance, and audit requirementsduring testing activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software testing withinbanking or financial services.
• Strong experience working withTemenos T24 Core Banking platform.
• Functional knowledge ofT24 modules – ETD (Enterprise Data), DX (Digital Experience), FX (Foreign Exchange), SC (Securities), CA (Corporate Actions), GC (General Conditions/Configuration).
• Proven experience inleading QA teams and managing testing for large banking transformation or migration projects.
• Strong knowledge oftest management, defect tracking, and QA methodologies (Agile / Waterfall).
• Experience withtest management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar.
• Excellentstakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience inTemenos implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Exposure toautomation testing frameworkswill be an advantage.
• Knowledge ofbanking products such as payments, treasury, lending, and trade finance.
• ISTQB or relevanttesting certificationpreferred.
