Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Temenos T24 Test Manager to lead testing in Private and Wealth Management. You will define test strategy, coordinate workshops, and ensure delivery aligns with project timelines.

The role requires 12–15 years in Transact with Temenos T24 Core Banking testing, deep knowledge of Securities, Derivatives, Treasury and Structured Products, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in Transact with Temenos T24 Core Banking testing.
• Strong hands-on exposure to Temenos Modules including Securities, Derivatives, Treasury, and Structured Products.
• Proven experience in functional and non-functional testing and QA artifacts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring testers.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to provide clear direction to the testing team.
• Learning mindset and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Test Strategy Development: Develop clear and concise test strategies, scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements.
• Requirement Workshops: Conduct workshops to understand client requirements and proposed solutions, acting as a bridge between clients and teams.
• Collaboration: Gather requirements and deliver testing-related documents with project timelines in mind.
• Test Execution: Lead the execution of planned test cases and record results accurately.
• Project Management: Create project timelines for delivery and manage testing activities.
• Team Management: Coordinate testing roles and mentor junior testers to facilitate growth.
• Quality Assurance: Prepare quality assessments, reports, and metrics.
• Test Tools Development: Oversee test tools development and configuration management.
• Agile Methodology: Use Agile practices and JIRA for project management.
