Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in functional and non-functional testing and QA artifacts.

Role: Temenos T24 Test Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temenos T24 Test Manager to lead our testing efforts within the Private and Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional testing, particularly within the Temenos T24 Core Banking system, along with a solid understanding of financial instruments such as Securities, Derivatives, Treasury, and Structured Products. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to translate requirements into effective test strategies, and the capability to lead and mentor a team of testers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy Development: Develop clear and concise test strategies, scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.
• Requirement Workshops: Conduct workshops to thoroughly understand client requirements and proposed solutions, acting as a bridge between clients, analysis/solution teams, development teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and departments to gather requirements and deliver testing-related documents, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deadlines.
• Test Execution: Lead the execution of planned test cases, ensuring accurate recording of test results and adherence to system specifications.
• Project Management: Create project timelines for delivery, manage testing team activities, and ensure deadlines are met effectively.
• Team Management: Manage and coordinate all testing roles and responsibilities within the team, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to junior testers to facilitate their professional growth.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in the preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics, ensuring the highest standards of quality in testing activities.
