Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd is seeking an experienced T24 QA Lead to steer testing across Temenos T24 modules for banking transformation programs. You will lead QA activities, define test strategy, and work with BAs, consultants, developers, and PMs to ensure coverage and quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software testing in banking/financial services.
• Strong Temenos T24 Core Banking experience.
• Functional knowledge of T24 modules ETD, DX, FX, SC, CA, GC.
• Proven experience leading QA teams on large banking transformations.
• Strong test management, defect tracking and QA methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Experience with JIRA, ALM or similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA and testing activities for Temenos T24 modules (ETD, DX, FX, SC, CA, GC).
• Define and implement test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers, and Project Managers.
• Manage and mentor QA team members, ensuring adherence to standards and timelines.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Integration Testing across workstreams.
• Identify, track, and manage defects to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure end-to-end functional validation of banking products within T24.
• Prepare test reports, defect metrics, and quality dashboards for governance.
• Support test environment management and test data preparation.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements.
