Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end product delivery for consultancy clients. You'll own outcomes, drive discovery, validation, launch, and measurement, and mentor junior PMs/POs.

Strong stakeholder management and user research skills are essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years across the product lifecycle, familiarity with Lean Startup, OKRs, JTBD, and Agile delivery. Government projects experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience across the full lifecycle.

• Familiarity with Lean Startup, OKRs, JTBD, Impact Mapping, and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and backlog management.

• Mentoring or coaching Product Managers/Product Owners is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government technology platforms or government projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Identify assumptions and risks, conduct validation, and define OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to validate hypotheses.
• Develop product strategies, story maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Track delivery metrics, manage dependencies, and address risks and blockers.
• Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, and analytics requirements.
• Analyse product performance and user feedback to drive improvements.
• Coach and mentor teams through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align business, product, and tech teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, covering the full product lifecycle.
• Strong experience in product discovery, user research, product strategy, delivery, and post-launch optimisation.
• Familiarity with Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), Impact Mapping, and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Strong experience in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
• Experience working with Agile and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching Product Managers/Product Owners is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government technology platforms or government projects is an advantage.
