Job summary

STAR CAREER CONSULTING PTE LTD invites an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end digital product delivery for client engagements, overseeing discovery through launch, measurement, and ongoing improvement. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience across the full product lifecycle.
• Proven experience in product discovery and end-to-end product delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, Impact Mapping, and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Experience coaching or mentoring Product Managers / Product Owners, ideally in a consultancy or client-facing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery, validation, delivery to post-launch optimisation.
• Identify key assumptions and design experiments to validate product hypotheses.
• Define product strategy, OKRs, and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Drive story mapping, user stories, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Track delivery KPIs, dependencies, and risks.
• Define go-to-market strategies, analytics, and measurement frameworks.
• Analyse post-launch performance and drive iterative improvements.
• Coach and mentor client Product Managers / Product Owners.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder alignment.
