Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive discovery, define strategy, and validate ideas with real user insights in Singapore. You will own roadmaps, write clear user stories, run experiments, and align stakeholders across complex programs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years shipping end-to-end products, strong mentorship skills, and a pragmatic mindset to kill projects when evidence says no. Consulting experience is a plus, with exposure to SG tech stacks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across the full product lifecycle, shipping end-to-end.
• Experience leading discovery and killing projects when evidence demands it.
• Mentorship or coaching of Product Managers/Owners in a consultancy or client-facing context.

Responsibilities

• Identify riskiest assumptions and design validation initiatives; define OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Plan and run user research (interviews, usability tests) to validate hypotheses before build.
• Define product strategy, story mapping and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria; facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Track delivery KPIs (velocity, cycle time); manage dependencies and mitigate risks.
• Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, and analytics instrumentation.
• Analyse post-launch data and drive iterative improvements; facilitate retrospectives.
• Coach client Product Managers through pairing; tailor enablement and knowledge transfer.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder alignment; navigate complex organizational dynamics.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years across the full product lifecycle, shipping end-to-end; track record of leading discovery and killing projects when evidence demands it.
• Methods: Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, Impact Mapping, outcome-based roadmaps.
• Mindset: Empathy, end-to-end ownership; intellectual humility to pivot; energised by enabling others as much as delivering yourself.
• Bonus: Familiarity with following platform HIP-HATS, SG Tech Stack, GeBIZ
• Coaching: Experience enabling Product Managers or Owners through pairing or mentorship in a consultancy or client-facing context.
