Job summary

talentsis pte. ltd. is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to shape strategy, validate hypotheses, and drive outcome-based roadmaps for client engagements.

You will lead discovery, write user stories with acceptance criteria, coach client PMs, and align stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.

This role requires 5+ years across the full product lifecycle, strong facilitation, and a pragmatic, empathetic leadership style.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across the full product lifecycle, shipping end-to-end.
• Experience leading discovery and killing projects when evidence demands.
• Familiar with Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, Impact Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Identify riskiest assumptions and design validation initiatives; define OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Plan and run user research (interviews, usability tests) that validate or kill hypotheses before build.
• Define Product strategy, Story Mapping and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Track delivery KPIs (velocity, cycle time), manage dependencies and mitigate risks proactively
• Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, and analytics instrumentation
• Analyse post-launch data and drive iterative improvements, facilitate retrospectives
• Coach client Product Managers through daily pairing, identify gaps and tailor enablement.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder alignment; navigate complex organizational dynamics

• Mindset: Empathy, end-to-end ownership; intellectual humility to pivot; energised by enabling others as much as delivering yourself.
• Bonus: Familiarity with following platform HIP-HATS, SG Tech Stack, GeBIZ
• Coaching: Experience enabling Product Managers or Owners through pairing or mentorship in a consultancy or client-facing context.
