TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery to launch and measurement. This consultancy role is client-facing and focuses on outcomes, not just outputs, and you bring the same rigor to enabling others as you do to shipping products.

You will drive user research, define OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps, coach teams, and collaborate across business, product, and tech to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product management across full lifecycle.
• Experience in discovery, user research, strategy, delivery and post-launch optimisation.
• Familiarity with Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), Impact Mapping and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Experience mentoring Product Managers/Owners is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery and validation through launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Identify key assumptions and risks, conduct validation initiatives, and define OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to validate product hypotheses.
• Develop product strategies, story maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, product demos, and retrospectives.
• Track delivery metrics, manage dependencies, and address risks and blockers.
• Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, and analytics requirements.
• Analyse product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Coach and mentor Product Managers/Product Owners through knowledge sharing and hands-on collaboration.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align business, product, and technical teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, covering the full product lifecycle.
• Strong experience in product discovery, user research, product strategy, delivery, and post-launch optimisation.
• Familiarity with Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), Impact Mapping, and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Strong experience in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
• Experience working with Agile and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching Product Managers/Product Owners is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government technology platforms or government projects is an advantage.
