Job summary

talentsis pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery to launch and post-launch optimisation in Singapore. You will shape roadmaps, define OKRs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

You will conduct user research, write user stories, manage backlogs, and coach others on product management best practices, including JTBD and impact mapping.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, covering the full product lifecycle.
• Strong experience in product discovery, user research, product strategy, delivery, and post-launch optimisation.
• Familiarity with Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), Impact Mapping, and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Strong experience in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
• Experience working with Agile and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching Product Managers/Product Owners is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government technology platforms or government projects is an advantage.
