Job summary

HP in Singapore is hiring a System Quality Program Manager to oversee defined test plans for end-user software, firmware and systems software across platforms. You will lead functional, integration, regression and performance testing, automating processes to boost efficiency and enforcing coding standards.

The role involves coordinating with internal and external development partners, contributing to project teams, and delivering reliable, high-quality QA results for moderate complexity products.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or related discipline.
• 0–1 years of work experience, preferably in software quality assurance or QA tools.
• Good to have skills: Program Management, Test Planning, JIRA, Agile, Automation, QA, testing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of test plans and protocols for end-user applications, systems software and firmware.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression and performance testing.
• Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and repeatability.
• Monitor adherence to coding standards, design guidelines and best practices.
• Monitor software performance and conduct load and stress testing.
• Prepare QA documentation including test plans, matrices and reports.
• Collaborate with internal and outsourced dev partners on design and development.
• Participate in project teams to deliver high quality solutions for low to moderately complex products.
• Support priority projects with stakeholder communication and standardized reports.
