Job summary

HP Singapore (Private) Limited is seeking a System Quality Program Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across projects, ensuring alignment with scope and deliverables. The role includes controlling budgets and resources, and conducting various QA tests to validate the HP Print ecosystem.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, monitor risks, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• 0–1 years in software quality assurance or QA tooling preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, Jira, Scrum, and QA methodologies.
• Certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CQE, CSQE, CASQ, CSTE) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance programs from initiation to closure.
• Oversee budgeting and resource control for QA programs.
• Conduct System At Glance, Workflow Duration, and Continuous Regression testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage risks.
• Define and manage test plans and matrices for HP Print ecosystem.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
• Communicate program status, risks, and escalations to stakeholders.
