Job summary

Cadenza Solutions is seeking a skilled Java Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable marketing automation campaigns using Unica Campaign. The role requires hands-on Java (Spring / Spring Boot) and data integration expertise.

You will work on integrating Unica with CRM systems, data warehouses, APIs, and support deployment, testing, and performance tuning in a Unix/Linux environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Java/Spring Boot and React JS experience required.

Role Overview

• Client is seeking a skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience in Unica Campaign to support the design, development, and optimization of customer engagement and marketing automation initiatives.


• The role focuses on building scalable campaign solutions, integrating data systems, and enabling targeted, data-driven marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications supporting Unica Campaign.


• Configure and execute Unica Campaign workflows (segmentation, targeting, campaign flowcharts). Translate business campaign requirements into technical implementations.


• Integrate Unica with CRM systems, data warehouses, and APIs. Perform ETL and data validation for campaign execution. Troubleshoot campaign, data, and application issues. Ensure code quality, testing, and proper documentation.


• Support deployment, release cycles, and performance tuning.

Essential Skillset

• Strong Java development experience (Spring / Spring Boot). Hands-on Unica Campaign experience (flowchart design, audience segmentation, campaign execution).


• Solid SQL skills (query writing, joins, performance tuning). Experience with system integration (APIs, data pipelines, batch processing). Understanding of marketing campaign lifecycle and customer data usage.


• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments for deployment and troubleshooting.
  Strong debugging and problem-solving capability in production environments.
