Job summary

Cadenza Solutions is seeking a skilled Java Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable marketing automation campaigns using Unica Campaign. The role requires hands-on Java (Spring / Spring Boot) and data integration expertise.

You will work on integrating Unica with CRM systems, data warehouses, APIs, and support deployment, testing, and performance tuning in a Unix/Linux environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Java/Spring Boot and React JS experience required.
• Hands-on Unica Campaign experience required.
• Experience with data integration and marketing automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications supporting Unica Campaign.
• Configure and execute Unica Campaign workflows (segmentation, targeting, campaign flowcharts).
• Integrate Unica with CRM systems, data warehouses, and APIs. Perform ETL and data validation for campaign execution.
• Support deployment, release cycles, and performance tuning.
