Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange in Singapore seeks an Analyst II, Systems Operations to support day-to-day operations of ICE’s trading and data distribution platforms. This on-site role involves troubleshooting, coordinating with IT and business units, and maintaining high system reliability in a 24x7 environment.

The ideal candidate has systems/application support experience or a relevant degree, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Weekend shifts or overtime may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Toubleshoot day-to-day issues and provide direct support to engineering and IT teams.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors and various internal units.
• Maintain operations and administration of proprietary systems.
• Assist ICE staff with problem solving and escalation procedures.
• Provide root-cause analysis and remediation actions for incidents.
