Job summary

ICE Data Services Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an Operations Support Analyst to provide immediate assistance to back office, support personnel and IT staff, ensuring high customer satisfaction and minimal IT disruption.

This role goes beyond a typical NOC, supporting multiple exchanges, clearing systems, and data distribution services; it requires troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration, and problem ownership in a 24x7 environment. Weekend or off-shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Systems/Application support or a related degree.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Team-oriented with reliability, flexibility and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and provide direct support to engineering and IT support groups.
• Communicate system maintenance events and address stakeholder concerns.
• Interact with third-party vendors and coordinate with internal units.
• Maintain operations and administration of proprietary systems.
• Assist ICE staff with problem solving and escalation procedures.
• Assess issues quickly and propose short/long-term restoration actions.
• Own production incidents including communication, escalation, and root-cause analysis.
• Understand trading/clearing platforms and data distribution to improve reliability.
• Prepare documentation for troubleshooting and escalation procedures.
• Follow incident, problem, and change management practices; create DB records.
• Scheduling flexibility required.
