Job summary

ARYAN SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a System Engineer to manage Windows and/or Linux systems, ensuring availability, security and compliance. You will handle OS installation, configuration, patching and automation with PowerShell or Bash.

Responsibilities include patch management, image creation, incident support and ITIL-aligned service management, with a 24/7 standby rotation across a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be Singapore citizens.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or an equivalent discipline.
• At least one year of relevant experience in system analysis, system administration, design or programming.
• At least one year of hands-on experience with Windows Server Update Services and Red Hat Enterprise Linux patch management.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server 2019, 2022 and/or 2025.
• Working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 and/or 9.
• Understanding of operating system security, vulnerability management and compliance requirements.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 standby support rotation.

Responsibilities

• Patch Management: patching for Windows/Linux servers; monitor compliance and prepare audit reports.
• OS image management: build/refresh OS images; integrate vulnerability checks.
• User Support and Operations: provide Level 2/3 support; monitor performance; 24/7 standby.
• IT Service Management: apply ITIL practices; manage incidents, problems and changes.
• Documentation: maintain runbooks, technical docs and SOPs.
