Job summary

Aryan-Solutions-Pte.-Ltd. is seeking an Operations Engineer to join a high-performance IT team in Singapore. The role focuses on implementing change and incident management workflows, automating ITSM processes, and ensuring robust security controls for test and production environments.

You will develop full-stack monitoring using APM tools and leverage cloud-native options like CloudWatch. Strong scripting skills with Terraform and Ansible are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience as an Operations Engineer or similar role in an IT setting.
• Implement change management and incident management workflows using ITSM tools to automate workflows is advantageous.
• Implement security and access control measures to manage privileged access to test and production environments.
• Implement full stack monitoring (application and infrastructure) using APM tools; familiarity with CloudWatch is preferred.
• Identify and implement process automation to minimize downtime and human errors; familiarity with Terraform and Ansible is preferred.
• Experienced in agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines, test-driven development, and information-security practices.
