COMBUILDER PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a skilled IT infrastructure professional to manage and secure our server environments. You will administer and maintain RHEL, Windows servers and VMware vSphere/ESXi, ensuring high availability across data center and cloud setups.

The role requires 4–5 years of hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently and with project teams. A diploma or degree in CS/IT is preferred, with on-call duties as part of the rotation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in infrastructure support or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and VMware vSphere/ESXi.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Knowledge of security hardening, system monitoring, troubleshooting, storage, backup and recovery.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to provide scheduled standby and on-call support.
• VMware NSX or MongoDB experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Monitor system health and performance, analyse logs, troubleshoot incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
• Plan and support infrastructure migrations, upgrades and capacity requirements.
• Manage SAN/NAS storage, backups and recovery to meet operational requirements.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and related services.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements and maintain system documentation and change records.
• Work with technical and project teams to support daily operations and infrastructure initiatives.
• Participate in a monthly on-call roster supporting a 24/7 environment.
