Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to maintain and grow our Microsoft environments in Singapore. You will manage Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, Intune, and 365, alongside Hyper-V and RDS.

You will also handle storage provisioning, backups, DR readiness, and participate in upgrades and migrations, ensuring high availability and incident resolution with RCA for continuous service reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or related sciences is required.
• 2+ years of VMware experience with knowledge of HCI, SDDC, ESX, VCenter and Hyper-V; Linux/Ubuntu servers.
• Familiarity with VMware automation (VRA, VRO).
• Hands-on knowledge in Shell, Perl, Python or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with automated security patch and vulnerabilities management.
• Experience in Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Proxy and Firewall servers.
• ITIL or similar qualification in Service Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft infrastructure environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Entra Connect, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, DFS, WSUS, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), and Hyper-V.
• Manage enterprise storage environments, including storage provisioning, performance monitoring, capacity management, Fibre Channel SAN administration, and storage expansion activities.
• Administer backup and recovery environments, including backup monitoring, recovery testing, restoration activities, disaster recovery support, and backup policy management.
• Participate in infrastructure implementation, migration, upgrade, and modernization projects, including installation, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and handover activities.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, and capacity, troubleshoot infrastructure-related incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure service reliability.
