Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a System Engineer to administer Windows and Linux environments, ensure security compliance, and automate tasks with PowerShell and Bash.

You will handle patch management with WSUS, AWS Systems Manager, and patching for RHEL, while developing standard OS images using AWS EC2 Image Builder and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of systems administration or analysis experience.
• Hands-on with WSUS and RHEL patch management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 and RHEL 8/9.
• Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Patch management for Windows and Linux servers using WSUS or equivalent.
• Develop and refresh OS images with AWS EC2 Image Builder and related tools.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support and handle incidents.
• Document tickets and ITIL-based processes and reports.
• Ensure compliance and security across systems.
