XCELLINK PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, network services, end-user computing, and cybersecurity initiatives in Singapore.

You will manage Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Entra ID, and VMware/Hyper-V, handle Tier 2/3 support, incident response, and collaborate on security/compliance projects. The role emphasizes documentation, vendor coordination, and driving continuous improvements in a dynamic tech

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
3-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or enterprise support.
Hands-on experience with Wintel infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and EUC environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Entra ID, VMware/Hyper-V, and enterprise networking.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Entra ID, SSO, and MFA.
Provide Tier 2/3 support and participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
Administer Wintel servers, VMware/Hyper-V platforms, and server room infrastructure.
Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, and network monitoring solutions.
Implement cybersecurity controls including endpoint security, IPS, ZTNA, and DLP.
Ensure compliance with WoG, IM8, ISO 27001, and internal security standards.
Manage vendors, support procurement activities, and participate in infrastructure projects.
Prepare technical documentation and provide updates to stakeholders.
