Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on 5–8 years in Windows Server / Infrastructure Administration.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 environments and ensure availability.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, OUs, GPOs, and domain services.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts; monitor health and performance.
• Handle incidents per SLAs, perform root-cause analysis, and document outcomes.
• Participate in change control, patching, and infrastructure hardening activities.
