Job summary

ITCAN Pte Limited seeks engineers to install, test, and implement security and IT systems according to specifications and service levels. You will manage changes, analyze root causes, and implement robust continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted operations while guiding customers and project teams through complex technical decisions.

Candidates should have strong communication skills and practical experience with PSIM, CCTV, access control, alarms, and network infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: Nitec/Higher Nitec/diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Information Technology from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and implement systems per specifications and SLAs.
• Manage system changes via change request processes with stakeholder updates.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
• Develop service continuity measures, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide expert technical guidance to customers and project teams.
