Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED seeks experienced backend infra support to install, test, and implement systems in line with specifications and service levels.

You will manage changes, analyze root causes, and deploy robust DR and backup procedures to keep business operations uninterrupted. You will also advise customers and project teams on system issues and resolutions, with hands-on PSIM/CCTV and security infrastructure exposure.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications as listed: Nitec/Higher Nitec/diploma/degree in EE/IT from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with team members, clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and implement systems per specs and SLAs.
• Manage changes via established change request process with approvals and stakeholder updates.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
