Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a system administrator to install, test, and implement systems per specifications and service levels in Singapore.

The role involves managing changes through a formal process, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring continuous service with robust backup and disaster recovery plans. You will provide expert technical guidance to customers and project teams, with emphasis on PSIM/CCTV troubleshooting and secure Linux/Windows configurations.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Electrical/Electronics/IT from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to interact with team and clients.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and implement systems per specifications and service levels.
• Manage system changes using change requests with required approvals and stakeholder updates.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and implement service continuity measures including backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide expert technical guidance on systems to customers and project teams.
• Troubleshoot PSIM/CCTV-related issues and network infrastructure as needed.
