• 3–5+ years hands-on experience as an SAP Business Analyst or SAP Functional Consultant.
• Core SAP modules knowledge (EWM, MM, SD, PP, QM, or S/4HANA).
• Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, functional design, and supporting full SDLC.
• Experience liaising between technical teams and business users.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and translate requirements into FRDs and specifications.
• Map and document end-to-end business processes, identify gaps and drive improvements via SAP capabilities.
• Perform system testing: draft test scenarios, execute Unit/Integration Testing, support UAT.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers and external vendors to design and test enhancements, reports, interfaces.
• Oversee master data management, cutover activities, data validation, and go-live support.
• Provide Level-2/3 functional support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver root-cause analysis.
• Conduct training sessions and create end-user documentation for regional sites.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to join the team in bridging business operations with technical IT delivery. In this role, you will analyze business processes, gather user requirements, and design functional solutions within the SAP ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders, regional operational teams, and technical developers to drive system enhancements, process optimization, and project implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and translate business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Definitions (FRDs) and functional specifications.
• Map and document end-to-end business processes, identifying operational gaps and driving continuous improvement through SAP system capabilities.
• Perform system testing, including drafting test scenarios, executing Unit Testing and Integration Testing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with technical ABAP developers and external vendors to design, build, and test custom enhancements, reports, and system interfaces (IDocs/ALE).
• Oversee master data management, cutover activities, data validation, and go-live deployment support for new modules or enhancements.
• Provide level-2/level-3 functional support, troubleshooting business process issues, resolving ticketing backlogs, and delivering root-cause analysis.
• Conduct training sessions and create technical/end-user documentation for key business users across regional sites.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Business Analyst or SAP Functional Consultant.
• Core functional knowledge in one or more core SAP modules (e.g., SAP EWM, MM, SD, PP, QM, or S/4HANA).
• Proven track record in requirement gathering, gap analysis, functional design, and supporting full SDLC project implementations.
• Experience liaising between technical teams and operational business users.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in regulated manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or logistics environments is an advantage.
