Job summary

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD is seeking an experienced QA professional to lead automation efforts and establish QA frameworks across multiple software projects.

You will design comprehensive test plans, drive regression and performance testing, and ensure alignment with business goals. The role requires 5+ years in software testing, strong knowledge of Agile/DevOps, and hands-on experience with tools like Tricentis TOSCA and NeoLoad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or quality engineering.
• Proficiency in test automation tools for regression and performance (e.g., Tricentis TOSCA, NeoLoad).
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Experience with configuration tracking, process validation, and risk compliance.
• Familiarity with performance management, business needs analysis, and strategy planning.
• Demonstrated experience in test planning, quality metrics governance, and defect lifecycle management.
• Experience in team mentoring, capability building, and quality culture transformation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align quality goals with business needs.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage group of 10 automation engineers from both regression and performance tracks
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, frameworks, and standards across software development projects.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, performance, and API testing.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the testing lifecycle.
• Lead initiatives to improve testing efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance product quality.
• Support agile software development practices and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, business analysts, and project managers to align quality goals with business needs.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of quality objectives.
